How will decisions be made? By leader, consensus?
Each of the above “departments” will have a lead who is responsible for all major decisions relating to that aspect of the game’s development. Any inter-department shenanigans will be dealt with by Alex or Robert.
How will you communicate? Email, meetings in the lab, discussion board?
Facebook group posts, group meetings (once a week with professor and once a week without), in person in lab (b220 and b225).
How will you know when you’re off schedule, and how will you deal with schedule slips?
We will know when we are off schedule based on using SCRUM with time estimations and a burn-down chart. If the schedule slips then we will cut lowest priority items in the product backlog for that developer.
Who will produce the weekly group status reports?
Robert Dunlap (Odd weeks) and Alex Ferbrache (Even weeks) will take turns producing the group reports.
