Group Web Site Snapshots

To best ensure that your group web pages are accessible indefinitely over time, we need each group to create a static snapshot of their site.

For groups using Notion, creating a static snapshot is very straightforward:

1. Go to your group's page on Notion
2. Click the three dot menu in the top right and choose "Export":

   

3. Make sure the options match the following: Export format = HTML; Include databases = Current view; Include content = everything; and critically check the box for "Include subpages":

   

4. Click Export, wait for the download link, and download the zip file
5. Send us the snapshot

Note that the zip file generated by Notion may not be recognized by Windows. No worries, we will be able to unpack it.
